We are a licensed fund management company (LFMC) regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and governed by the Securities and Futures Act to carry out fund management activities for Accredited and Institutional Investors.

  • CHAIRMAN

    TAN PUAY HIANG

    Mr Tan is the Chairman and Non Executive Director of Infinity Capital Management. He is also the Chairman and CEO of Contemporara Holdings, a diversified investment group. He has held many senior positions in international financial institutions for 20 years before joining the management of his 90 year old family business, which was a prominent commodities trading, plantations, finance and logistics group.

    He used to serve as a member of the NUS President’s Advisory Council, Advisor on the Advisory Board of EFG Private Bank (Zurich) for 20 years, Panel of the Government Parliamentary Committee for the Ministries of Trade and Industry and Finance, Board Governor of St Joseph’s Institution International School, Honorary Chairman of the Singapore National Shippers Council and was previously Singapore’s Non-Resident High Commissioner to the Republic of Tanzania. His highly sought-after experience is comprehensible from the numerous important positions he has held over the span of his career, among many others. Mr Tan currently still serves as a director at Singapore Environment Council and the National Neuroscience Institute.

    With Mr Tan’s wealth of experience, he will be most apt to set and oversee the strategic directions of the company.

    JASON GAN

    Jason is the Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Director of Infinity Capital Management. He has spent more than 15 years in the wealth management and banking industry managing and giving quality advice to clients on their investment portfolios. He was frequently amongst the top award winner for investments category many years in a row with one of the World’s Best Bank. Having enjoyed the success of growing and handholding his clients past several market cycles, he was later headhunted for the role of a Regional Business Director by a successful local private equity firm where he predominantly sourced and evaluated viable, niche and profitable investments for their firm.

    A year after that, he moved on to co-found this boutique fund management company. With his relevant investment experience over the years and business acumen acquired, we’re confident he’d be able to add tremendous value to our ever-growing list of important clients.

    Wendy is the Managing Director and a founding partner of Infinity Capital Management. Bringing with her more than 15 years of experience in wealth management and private banking, she has always been a trusted advisor to High Networth Individuals (HNWIs) and their families. Her specialization encompasses strategic planning and advisory on wealth and investment portfolios, setting up family trusts to protect assets, legacy planning to pass on generational wealth amongst other services that her HNWI clients regularly look for. Her clientele base spans across South East Asia, from Indonesia all the way to up north Thailand.

    Throughout her banking career, she has won many awards for her outstanding performances. With the long list of accolades and extensive banking experiences that she carries under her belt, we are confident that she will be able to bring her clients’ experience and satisfaction to the next level with Infinity Capital Management.

    LAU PEILING

    Peiling brings with her more than 10 years of experience in the Private Banking Client Advisory Support role. Her ability in ensuring a smooth operation bringing from clients’ ideas to full execution is priceless. She is frequently commended by clients for her service level and quality.

    On top of that, her familiarity with handling trading, execution issues with regard to different asset classes (equity, bonds, investment fund, FX), AML/CFT, KYC and CDD processes and procedures would ensure a smooth operations for Infinity Capital Management.
